On the day Wedding Management
You have worked tirelessly for many months to organise the wedding day of your dreams but now you just want to relax and enjoy your special day.

We will take over everything in the last few weeks before the wedding so you don't have to worry about a thing. We will check and double-check everything with all your suppliers, inform you if you have missed something vital or just be a sounding board if you need some extra last-minute advice. On the day we will provide a detailed intinerary of the entire day and make sure everyone has a copy and of course one of our consultants will ensure that it is followed by everyone on the day. We also have an emergency kit that we will bring that you and all your guests have full use of throughout the day.

An initial meeting to discuss your thoughts and ideas and to assist with which package is best for you.
Liaise with venue & suppliers
We will keep in constant contact will all your venue and all your suppliers to enusre nothign has changed. We will deal with all contracts and admin involved.
On the day set up
We will always ensure everything is set up correctly at the start of the day.
Dedicated on the day planner
One of our team will be dedicated to your special day for 10 hours, it is your choice which 10 hours you choose us to be there. You can purchase extra hours here
Email & Phone Support
We will provide full email and telephone support during the planning process and be your one point of contact for everything and you will always be our priority. Regular updates will be scheduled for you, how often you want the, but ask us anything, anytime.
All wedding admin
It takes 200 - 300 hours to organise a wedding so as you can imagine there is a lot of admin involved. We will make sure all this paperwork is kept organised and up to date and you are kept in the loop when you wish to be.
On the day emergency kit
We have a kit for emergencies that has everything in it that might be needed during your day for you and your guests.
In-depth Planning Meeting
Depending on the package you will have detailed planning session(s) to thrash out all your ideas and dreams so we can create your perfect day.
All logistics
A wedding needs a lot of logistical organisation, we will take care of all of this from making sure suppliers come in the right order on the day to moving you and your guests about to ensure nothing is missed.
Detailed on the day timeline
We will develop a minute-by-minute itinerary of the entire day down to the finest detail. A copy of this is sent to everyone that has a role in the day and we will use this to make sure everything runs smoothly.
